SRX13569040: Microbe sample 5 from Bradyrhizobium japonicum
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 38.5M spots, 11.6G bases, 3.5Gb downloads

Design: The library was prepared with the Illumina Nextera XT kit. Then, for the validation of the libraries, the concentration was measured with the QUbit fluorometer using the DNAds High Sensitivity kit (Thermofisher). Fragments were checked by non-fluorescent capillary electrophoresis in the AATI Fragment Analyzer equipment. To run the samples the DNF-474 High Sensitivity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit were used. The sequencing was done in an Illumina MiSeq team and the run was paired end 2x150.
